Tardiness (classroom):
Students that arrive for class after the start time will not be allowed to stay regardless of the reason (for example: 5:30 for a 5:30 start time). The student will have to attend class the next time that session is being taught and there is an available seat.

Absenteeism (classroom):
If a student misses a class session the student will have to attend the next time that session is being taught. (We do not reserve seats for students that miss a class regardless of the reason the student was absent).

Cancellations (behind-the-wheel):
At registration the student provides a schedule of his/her availability to drive. We schedule the student’s driving based on that information. If a student must cancel a driving session we require a twenty-four hour notice. We will reschedule that driving time when the next group of students is being scheduled (unless we have a cancellation…).

Account balance:
We do not require payment up front or a down payment before a student starts classes. However, the balance must be paid in full before the driving can be scheduled. (If a student’s balance is paid in full on or before session #7, the student will receive a driving schedule on session #8. Otherwise the student 's driving will be scheduled with the next group of students).

Post dated and returned checks:
We do not accept post dated checks. There is a $35 fee for checks returned by the bank for any reason.
A certificate will not be issued until any outstanding balance has been settled.

Certificates:
All certificates are mailed once all requirements have been met (no exceptions).
Certificates are mailed at the beginning of the week after all requirements have been met. However, when possible, we will mail a student's certificate the day after all requirements have been met if that student has had his/her permit for at least six months and is ready to test.
